It’s not a destination but a process. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month; Yahaira Garcia and Isabella Silva show us the thoughts and overviews of mental health and what school can cause from PHS students, PHS teachers, and professional healthcare workers. “I know people around me that deal with their own issues but can’t speak out about it, ” Garcia said. “I want to be able to help people understand that it’s okay to talk about those issues that there’s so much help that they can receive by talking and reaching out for help rather than struggling alone and possibly becoming worse.”
